Different brokerage firms may have different names for "Bracket Orders."  Essentially it is an order to sell a long position or cover a short position at one price or another.  For example, if you are long 100 shares of XYZ company, a bracket order would say something like, "Sell 100 Shares of XYZ at $45 per share OR Sell 100 Shares of XYZ at $35 per share, whichever comes first."  When one of the two prices is reached, the trade is complete.
